    亚洲创业基金期刊集团（AVCJ Group Ltd.）正在完成对中国创业投资暨私募股权领域机构及人员情况的调查。此次调查的结果将用于AVCJ即将出版的《中国创业投资暨私募基金名录》（Who's Who in private equity and venture capital in china）一书。AVCJ将在此书中对快速发展与急剧变化的中国创业投资暨私募股权机构进行全面具体的介绍，这其中包括VC、PE及投资银行、律师事务所、会计师事务所等中介机构。

    中国创业投资与私募股权领域已日渐进入爆发性发展时期，大量创业投资基金与私募股权基金在北京、上海、深圳设立办事处，人员流动与新的从业者的加入也 极为活跃。即使是业内人士也难以完全掌握这些机构与组成人员的变动。《中国创业投资暨私募基金名录》将跟踪这种变化

    作为已出版了16版，在欧洲私募股权界享有崇高声誉的Who's Who in private equity出版品牌在大中华地区的延伸，《中国创业投资暨私募基金名录》沿用了Who's Who in private equity的调查方法与编辑体系, 每个条目的信息都来自于我们对业界投资者和顾问公司的调查问卷。这些问卷调查完成于本名录出版年度的上半年,因此名录所提供的信息是最及时和最精确的。名录将对快速发展与急剧变化的中国创业投资暨私募股权机构进行全面具体的介绍，这其中包括创投/私募/并购基金、投资银行、律师事务所、会计师事务所等。名录将于2007年在大中华地区第一次出版，采用中英文对照版本。

    The Asian Venture Capital Journal is conducting a survey into the institutions and personnel in the venture capital and private equity industry in China. The results of these inquiries will be published in AVCJ's soon to be launched Who's Who in Private Equity and Venture Capital in China.

    This directory aims to provide concrete and comprehensive information on the private equity and venture capital firms focused in China including recent movements and personal business information on key principals. To provide the most relevant information on this fast developing and rapidly changing market, information on the major investment banks, law firms and accounting firms will also be included. The directory will be published in China in a bilingual edition featuring both English and Chinese.
